Statutory Holiday Shipping Notice
Please note that during statutory holidays and long weekends, our fulfillment center and local courier networks operate on adjusted holiday schedules.
Orders placed during these holiday periods may experience an additional 2–3 business days for processing and dispatch. We appreciate your patience while our teams work to get your orders to you as quickly as possible!
Order Processing
We aim to dispatch all orders within 48 hours. Please note that orders placed on weekends or Canadian federal and provincial holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Rates (Canada Only) *
• Orders $100 CAD and up: FREE
• Orders under $100 CAD: $12.00 Flat Rate
We deliver to all 10 provinces and 3 territories. Please note that shipping to the Territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories, and Nunavut) or remote northern regions may incur additional surcharges, which will be calculated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
• Southern Provinces (ON, QC, BC, etc.): 3 to 7 business days.
• Territories: 7 to 14 business days.
We currently only ship within Canada. We do not ship to international addresses or freight forwarding services. To ensure the safety and quality of our products, we reserve the right to cancel orders sent to known forwarding addresses.
